AIMS
- To assist and support development of business opportunities
- To assist and support development of a sound community structure
- To participate in decisions which shape our future
OBJECTIVES
- To promote sustained development of a viable and secure business climate in Lennox Head
- To encourage development by members of "shop locally" programs
- To promote sustained development of the Lennox Head Village as a safe and attractive centre for the enjoyment and convenience of local residents and visitors
- To promote Lennox Head as a tourist destination and support development of appropriate tourist attractions
- To promote sustained development of a sound social structure for the community of Lennox Head
- To support preparation and ongoing maintenance by the Ballina Shire Council of a comprehensive Development Control Plan for the Lennox Head Village
- To support a) ongoing strategic planning by Ballina Shire Council for managed development of the greater District of Lennox Head and b). progressive publication of updated plans to its residents and business operators
- To participate in the ongoing Community Economic Development Programs conducted by the NSW Department of State and Regional Development (eg. the current Mainstreet and Small Towns Program)

To achieve these objectives through developing and maintaining sound working relationships with:
- The Lennox Head Residents Association
- Lennox Head Combined Sports Association
- Tourism Ballina
- Other community organisations such as the Lions club
- Business and professional people and the public generally
- The NSW Business Chamber
- Tourist and Visitor Information Centres
- The Ballina Shire Council
- Appropriate Government Departments
- Regional Futures Institute Southern Cross University
